RETURNS

I changed my mind; I no longer want our awesome product 

We do not currently offer refunds but can provide product replacements for defective products.

For defective products or products damaged in shipment, please contact us within 48 hours via our email address support@revolt4change.com and please upload a photograph of the damages along with your proof of purchase. All merchandise must be in new unused and unwashed condition and upon approval returned to our fulfillment center. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date

What Our Policy Covers

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. 

Damaged/Defective Items- Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 48 hours after the product has been received. Also include a photograph of the damage and proof of purchase, please email it to us at support@revolt4change.com.

 For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date. We only offer exchange for defective items. 

Oh no! I was so excited to order, I accidentally put the wrong address/wrong product. What do I do now?! 

Send a message to support@revolt4change.com ASAP! If the order has not been fulfilled, the address may still be changed. If you only realize after it has been shipped, unfortunately, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

What if my fabulous item is destroyed in the mail?

Please send a picture verification with proof of purchase to support@revolt4change.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. A new item will be shipped to you at no cost if the item is deemed damaged in transit or in production. We offer reshipment for defective or damaged items not refunds.
